Got the series now and am almost through it. Unlike many other TV series that have been running for a long time Top Gear always manages to entertain and amuse me.
Lets just pretend the any other version apart from the UK version does not exist.

It's only been going since 2002, which isn't that long. Plus they were way more serious for the first few years. I like it now that they just mess around more. [Derp]

I'm not into cars on a particularly deep level, but I still enjoy Top Gear. I think that's the reason it's so popular, it manages to maintain the interest of people like me and also other people I know who actually know things about cars. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new season!

Yeah they have done well by keeping such a broad audience entertained, even my misses will sit there and watch it with me.

second episode aired in UK last night/today our time. first episode was good. supercars through italy was nice except they didnt drive each others cars which i would like to see. also i would like to see the aventador vs italia track times with stig driving both for a fair comparison.

the guests are more and more famous now that BBC has no other chat/late night shows and top gear is their most popular global program so all the celebs wanna be on it. Will dot i dot am dot was the guest on the first ep.

love the show. the indian special was funny. stupid people that think it was racist should stfu [MOG]

First three episodes have been pretty funny. I thought they'd started to run out of ideas towards the end of some other series, so let's hope the quality stays high :D

It might have been season 16 and Middle East, but I think India Special was called ep 1 of season 18 and then there was an ep 1 which was different [Shifty]
