Just wondering if anyone else has seen this series? Its brilliant! I downloaded an episode just to see what its like and couldnt get enough of it... so i ended up buying both seasons and downloading the third lol I heard they're even making a PC game for it which should be interesting... but i'm completely obsessed with this show now. Gotta get my hands on those books too...

Anyway! Anyone else love this show or what? For those who dont know anything about the show/books - its about a serial killer, Dexter Morgan, who works for the Miami Police Department as a forensic blood splatter analyst. Unlike other killers though Dexter has been taught to channel his urges and lust for murder by only killing "bad people" (usually other killers that have escaped the judicial process)

Its a really excellent show.

"djrussell", the exact same story happened to me and now it's my absolute favourite show and i have every episode of dexter on my hard drive.

I can't frigen wait until season 4 starts airing...

Yeah I love Dexter, the books are basically the same as the show, but more detailed. IMO 1st season was the best, then the 2nd season, and the 3rd season. Lol in order.

I have seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, and I can't wait to watch+buy season 3. Hell, I even bought the books that Dexter was based off today.
Season 1 was based off the book almost directly, and season 2 was a completely different story not written by the author, but by the TV guy writer thing.

Yep thats the one. 3rd season was pretty crap though, maybe cause I spoiled the story for myself by going on wikipedia.

EDIT: The first season was better, cause he was really emotionless then, and his personality was really interesting. But later on he seemed more human.

Seasons 1 & 2 were fan-fugging-tastic ! !

Just started watching season 3 today
