We've signed plenty. Remember the warnings that all of a sudden popped up at the start of every DVD or VHS you borrowed from the video store? The result of an predecessor to this bill.

The thing is, that even if they go through with 'censoring the internet', the way they want to go about it will just allow for so much circumvention that it will almost be useless for them to try and police it. They just don't seem to understand the internet does not sway to law.

Hopefully, the average internet user would have started to realise how they are getting shafted soon enough and joined in opposition to whatever act it is.

Wishful thinking maybe, but what they have tried to do in the past hasn't been nowhere near as restrictive as this and I'd like to think simple civil liberties aren't as easy to walk over like the MPAA and RIAA are trying to (again).
